Painting #4 - Day 2 (14/05/19)

Today I have battled with the idea of using words in this piece. I had originally planned to paint out some of the letters as I had done on #1 but in hindsight (since drawing the letters on) I have decided that they should all be visible to emphasise the point. This is slightly unfortunate as I had positioned the letters where the Paul Klee colour wheel sections would provide the best barrier for the wording. As such, the spacing of the words isn't as I would choose now and quite frankly, the positions actually create a busyness that doesn't sit well with me! I have no choice but to let it be and just work with it. Usually these little mishaps turn good in the end. We shall see...
