Day 5 - #21 Green Mixed Media (12/06/20)

Just a brief update of progress...

This is such a terribly slow process. The pieces of paper I am adding are only fractions of a centimetre at times, and generally, no bigger than 3 or 4 centimetres in length for the rectangles and triangles of around 1cm x 2cm. The board itself is 37cm x 46cm so quite large in comparison! It was actually the card from the box that our new toilet seat came in last year. I keep lots of card from various different sources just in case they prove handy for art projects or school work. Unfortunately, most times I plough on with creating the art, only to discover later that the sizes are so far off the standard print sizes that I am unable to get frames or mounts for them! Never mind, this one has two 'handles' at the top so I intend to hang this piece from those using green garden twine!

Today I managed to do Day 12 of my 30 Day Yoga Challenge 'Home - Nurture' and also 'Yoga for the Abdominal Wall'.
