06/07/19 - Best laid plans

Today I am not going into any detail as it really isn't of any relevance. But for the purpose of this blog which is supposed to include my mental health ups and downs...today is a DOWN! We had plans and they had to change. It was out of our control but I had been preparing for this since last weekend and, as I have mentioned before, I don't cope well with sudden change of plans or unexpected developments. So, suffice to say, my mood is changed. I'm not bawling my eyes out. But I am subdued and deflated. I don't know what to do with myself! This is really when I am supposed to crack on with my art. But today I just can't.
